Which Hotel - Wynn? Signature or Bellagio?

Hi guys,

After taking you%26#39;re advice on booking direct with the hotel to get discounted rates I have decided to stay at one of the above for 8 nights.

Can you please tell me which ones are most likely to have offers on, which is the better hotel, location wise etc and which one you would stay in as the prices are all pretty similar

Thanks

Ben

Which Hotel - Wynn? Signature or Bellagio?

Signature: Cool units. Kinda removed from the rest of the property, which is both a plus and a minus.

Bellagio: A classic with greeat amenities and a location that can%26#39;t be beat.

Wynn: In my opinion, the nicest / highest end of the properties (although it depend on the specific accommodations between Wynn and Bellagio) but a little farther up the strip.

As for deals, it%26#39;s hard to say. but lately, I have seen the best deals for Signature.

If the prices were all the same, I would stay Wynn. A lot of people would say Bellagio. You can%26#39;t go wrong either way. I think Signature is nice, but I like being more in the middle of it all.

You are talking about some expensive properties. Among the properties you mentioned all things being equal I would stay at Bellagio.

I stayed there once and the Venetian once. The location of Bellagio is fantastic and the water shows in front are spectatular. Personally, I would rather stay some place else save money on the room and take advantage of those fine hotels by staying across the street.

I am partial to Bill%26#39;s Gambling Hall where you can view the Bellagio from your room. On a 3 night stay you are bound to save a few hundred dollars that you can use towards spectacular food or shows or even gambling.

Thanks for the comments guys, I didnt realise the signature was a little secluded.

The prices I%26#39;m getting at the moment are all pretty similar with the Wynn the highest and Signature the cheapest although as I said, not a lot in it.

Sorry I can%26#39;t offer any advice yet, but I had to laugh and reply, coz I fly out on Monday and am staying in the Wynn, Signature and Bellagio!

:-) :-) :-)

If you can wait till after 17th April before booking I will let you know on my return which is best!

deanovilla, can%26#39;t wait for your comparisons!

I stayed at both the Bellagio and Wynn. Both are very very nice but the location of the Bellagio is better, it%26#39;s in a prime location so i would choose the Bellagio for a first time visitor

The Wynn is my favorite hotel on earth. I%26#39;ve stayed at pretty much all the higher end strip hotels and to me the Wynn is tops.

That being said - the Signature is closer to an upscale apartment complete with kitchenette type stuff that could be cool for a stay as long as 8 days. Get a room with a balcony!

Bellagio is super sweet but honestly I struggle to enjoy the vibe of that place. Too many grumpy old people for my taste. :) Nothing against my elders - but it%26#39;s vegas! Don%26#39;t be grumpy.

As for hotel choice I have not stayed at any of those properties but I have been reading the TA%26#39;s on them and the Wynn has been taking some knocks. I would keep reading the reports as they come in until you are ready to book and keep an open mind on which to choose till the last minute.

Well as promised I said i%26#39;d report back after my trip as we stayed in all 3 and here is my verdict...............

stay at The Wynn.

Don%26#39;t get me wrong, The Bellagio as a hotel is fantastic, but the rooms are very dark and just not as fancy as the rooms at the Wynn. i.e. at the Wynn you get double sinks, TV in Bathroom, LCD TV in room etc. where as at the Bellagio it was single sink, and very dated CRT TV. I know I know hardly major things but the darness in the room at the Bellagio was a big thing when trying to get ready for a night out.

The Signature was lovely, we had a 1 bedroom suite. Room was great, staff was great, amenities were great and we didnt mind the walk from the MGM either. In fact I cant think of a bad thing to say about the Sig, which i suppose makes it even more impressive that I would still reccomend the Wynn ahead of it.

The Wynn just had that touch of class. Bright, modern, great rooms, great views (ours overlooking the golf course).

I%26#39;m glad I stayed at the other 2 as well, and if I went back I would consider the Sig again, but at the right price it would be the Wynn every time for me.
