Advice re: outlet shopping for vistors from uk

For San Francisco, here are some stores that you may want to visit Macy%26#39;s, Loehmann%26#39;s, Ross and Crate %26amp; Barrel which are all located in the Union Square area. Also, you can pick up a discount voucher (20%? off) at Macy%26#39;s inside the store for shoppers outside the US). There aren%26#39;t any outlet malls in San Francisco just a couple of outlet stores (i.e. Nordstrom Rack). You%26#39;ll have to hire a car and drive north or south for an hour to Nut Tree or Gilroy for outlet malls.

I would recommend going outlet shopping in Vegas. We normally head to the old Beltz outlet now called, Las Vegas Outlet Center, for household items %26amp; casual clothes which is about a 15 minute taxi ride from Luxor. Next time, we plan on going to the Las Vegas Premium Outlets which have higher end stores mixed with some mid-range stores. The outlet is located near downtown and about a $15 cab ride from the strip.

Happy Shopping.

We checked out the Premium Outlet mall and if you are looking to pick up some higher end items it could be a good option. Its an outdoor mall which is pretty cool when you live somewhere that something like that could never exist! We took a cab there from downtown at the Golden Nugget and it was only around $5.

Check out the two links. Which centre would you recommend for golf clothing ?

Thanks

Hi

Also in SF Union Sq there is the flagship Levi%26#39;s store that sells every size and style, pretty good if you want jeans.

As an American living in England, I can tell you that you are going to think you are in heaven when shopping in the US. Clothing is 1/2 or even less than that of what I pay in the UK for the same things, shoes are a lot cheaper. Household goods, much more selection and better prices in the US.

Outlets can be hit and miss as to what you will find, do visit at least one though while in Vegas. Also, look online at www.BedBathandBeyond.com for linenes and all sorts of household goods and check to find out where their locations are, there will be some of these stores around Vegas, definitely go to one of them.

As for clothing, if you want current styles, then check out Fashion Show Mall on the strip, there are always sales in the stores, they have dept stores and shops, it%26#39;s a huge mall and prices from moderate to expensive. You should also go to the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood. There are the Forum Shops at Caesar%26#39;s as well, but they are mostly high end stores with prices to match.

Do shop, you%26#39;ll find some real bargains given the great exchange rate between the 拢 and $$!
