We are bringing my parents to LV with us on our next visit and my Mother has heard or read somewhere about a hotel with a thunderstorm.
In all our visits we haven鈥檛 come across anywhere with a storm (other than the rainforest caf茅!)
She seemed to think that the sky (the ceiling) changed to a stormy one.
Anyone know where that could be? Or even if it ever existed?
Thanks
Thunder Storm/Lightening
It%26#39;s in the Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood.
Thunder Storm/Lightening
Thank you.
Hi
If you miss it, you will have missed nothing.
Clive
Last week we attending a show at V theater in Planet Hollywood and I shopped for about an hour. The were pulling up the floor in sections and replacing in with black tile. The ';rain storm'; was not operating.
Maybe you will get lucky and have a real storm while you are there. I say that because the lightening from an electical storm in LV is awesome as well as potential dangerous. It%26#39;s just beautiful to watch the fingers of lightening split and run across the night sky. One of the best places to be awed by this particular display of nature IMHO.
(beats PH%26#39;s version all to heck) :-%26gt;
If you go under the web site
vegas4locals.com/freerainstormdesertpassage.鈥?/a> it will tell you the place and times.
It%26#39;s been a while since we visited, but if I%26#39;m correct, there was an exhibit of a desert storm at the facility at the Hoover Dam. If you are planning to visit the dam, that might make her happy.

The thunderstorm ';attraction'; is as bad as the old dragon was at Excalibur. Probably worse...
Isn%26#39;t there a storm or something at the end of the Forum shops by the fish tank outside the Cheesecake Factory? Something happens back there that makes a lot of noise.
Is this the same one that was in the Alladin
Warmwinds - I believe the one in Caesar%26#39;s is the Atlantis Show. It has animatronic gods ';unleashing their wrath on Atlantis';
This is referring to the lame attaraction in Planet Hollywood Forum Shops
