I%26#39;m pretty sure you can rent a cabbana if you%26#39;re not a guest, but those are freakin expensive. Can you pay for basic access to the pools at Caesar%26#39;s palace, like an entrance fee? I%26#39;m staying at the Hilton Las Vegas for free, but the pools at Caesar%26#39;s look amazing!
