Hi Everyone! I need an expert opinion. The last 2 times I have been to Vegas we have stayed at Circus Circus and Imperial Palace (loved location). This time I want to stay somewhere a little nicer for our 10th anniversary. I have similar prices for the following four, tell me which I should pick. We are leaving next Saturday (May 3)
Mirage
Treasure Island
Excalibur
Monte Carlo
I was hoping for the Flamingo for the romantic pool area but they are fully booked. Any comments are appreciated!

DO NOT STAY AT EXCALIBUR! Pool sucks, too many kids, old, etc. On your list I%26#39;d say Monte Carlo or Mirage.. both decent pools and nice locations.

Mirage.
Mirage gets my vote as well. It%26#39;s a step up from the other properties. You will like Mirage%26#39;s pool area too.
Another vote for Mirage.
I%26#39;d also suggest Monte Carlo which has a nice pool area but construction of City Center next door might be pretty loud. Not sure though.
Skip the Excalibur completely if you want more of a romantic pool area. Lots of kids, so the pool area there shows the results of the romance, lol.
I%26#39;d choose Mirage too, especially as you mentioned pool was important. Also the best location of the four in my opinion.
I would choose TI or Mirage since the rooms were nice both places but for similar price agree with the others who suggested Mirage.
Our stay and the room was not good at Monte Carlo although others here love the place.
Our stay was years ago at Excalibur and the room was dark and outdated, but others here on the forum have said the rooms are renovated and much better now.
All in all, I personally would select the Mirage if it was for our stay.
If the pool matters than it is the Mirage without question.
On other thing: By almost all rating sites (and by MGM%26#39;s own pricing) Mirage is a higher rated property than the others. So if you are getting similar rates, you are either getting bad rates for the other 3, or a good rate at Mirage, which would usually cost more.
Out of your choices I would stay at the Mirage.
Another vote for Mirage - we stayed last October and had a great time. Fantastic location and pool, and overall very nice. They are renovating their rooms, so ask for a new one (and don%26#39;t bother paying for a volcano view, since it is under construction right now).
Have a great trip!
I%26#39;m going with Mirage too . . . definitely!
