Favourite Economy airline from the UK to LAS?
Hi, I need to book a flight LON - LAS %26amp; LAX-LON and was wondering what your favourite airline (in economy class :-( to LAS is?
How do I get good rates for this multistop trip? I am having loads of trouble using the ';find lowest with flexible dates'; since with multistop no airline seems to offer this option... Any clues?
Thanks in advance.

Virgin flies direct from Gatwick. By far the best option.

Hi
By far the best we have flown with is air New Zealand. They do not fly direct to LAS only LAX but of course they will connect you if you don%26#39;t want to drive fron LA.

Hi
Also look at KLM, Continental and Northwest they all do free stopovers, all other airlines charge. If you do a multi stop via websites they will charge you. You have to phone to get the free stopovers.

Hi
Virgin is your best bet. They are the only airline to fly direct to Las Vegas from London anyway.
They also fly direct from LAX.
We did the exact same thing with Virgin last month. We flew from Gatwick to LAS and flew back from LAX to Heathrow 3 weeks later. It was about 拢440 per person.
If you are flying between LAS and LAX I would suggest booking a seperate internal flight. It%26#39;ll probably be cheaper than trying to book LON-LAS-LAX-LON in one go.
Driving from LAS to LAX is another option but it depends on how much time you have.
Expedia allows you to put in multiple destinations when booking flights. This option is not very common on airline websites though.
I agree with paul, Virgin to LAX return with an internal flight to vegas is usually much cheaper. Flying in or out of vegas direct bumps up the price. The internal flight can be booked with a hotel which may save evan more. Also Air Canada is cheap if you dont mind a non direct flight.
Hi everyone, many thanks for all your comments. I am really a newbie when it comes to flying to the US.
We want to fly on the 28 July plus/minus 1 day and return around the 9 August (+3 days).
Given that only Virgin flies to LAS from the UK direct (correct??), it might make more sense to follow some of your advise and fly to LAX and then go to Las Vegas.
Perhaps I did not use the best word, I am not looking for multistops but multicity. I was planning on taking the bus from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, since it is hotel door to door and that way I would save on airport transfers and the hassle. This is around $80 single. So my flight plan was Lon-Las and Lax-Lon. But flying direct with Virgin gives me about 拢700 ($1300).
The cheapest direct flights from the UK to LAX I am getting are about 拢500 ($1000) with American Airlines. The next price I get is 拢585 with AirFrance. I have read that AA is not a very good airline... Would I me more confortable and catered to with AirFrance?
Thanks again for all the help.
Hi
I nearly booked airfrance and now I wish I had. They have good reviews and as they are new to direct flights from the UK with the new open skies policy they have been doing great deals. I went with BA, what a mistake, leaving from T5 on Monday hopefully with my bags. After talking to people who have just returned via T5, when they got into baggage claim the bags are taking 4 hours to turn up, so you are stuck in the baggage hall with no facilities, great.

i have just returned having paid 拢345 return and a flight from las to lax is not a lot of $
