Next to Vegas, what is the Second Most Fun City in the USA ?

This year%26#39;s trip included visits to NYC and Vegas

Next year when i return to Vegas i will want to check out another different city. But i want to find a city which won%26#39;t disappoint me after the heights of Vegas.

I like Nightlife, places with lots of people, shows etc. Not really sightseeing type stuff

People have recommended Miami, Chicago and Austin to me

Any other suggestions ?

I 2nd Chicago! I love this city. Great music, shows and love the people here. Also great food. Hope you give us a visit Peterpack!

I love Chicago, too! If you like Blues music (or Elvis), Memphis can be a lot of fun for two days. I like the casinos in nearby Tunica Mississippi (30 minute drive). Nashville is fun if you like country music.

You could go to Boston. There is always a lot going on in there.

I also love Chicago, and I really like San Francisco a lot as well.

Two very different cities with one thing in common, they are both centered around music so there is plenty of nightlife.

New Orleans. Great Restaurants and Jazz clubs of many different types. Oh yeah, also a little drinking %26amp; partying.

Nashville. Different kind of music, but plenty of clubs and different venues.

Yes, Nashville would be good too.I have not been there in mamy, many years, but loved my time there.(my family is from Tenn. about 50 miles from Nashville). I do have friends that were there last summer and they cannot wait to return. They are very much the nightlife kinda people.

it ain%26#39;t buffalo

ummmmm I like Battle Mountian, Nevada....Love the Calico and the Owl Club.....2 real nice brothels with an excellent staff (No Porkchops) ask for Goldie...... :o) Ms. Traci

I think that if you enjoy the heights of Vegas, most cities in the US will be somewhat disappointing.

Honestly, why do you think so many of us keep returning to Vegas? We crave the excitement too %26lt;G%26gt;.

But seriously, a few to entertain - since you%26#39;ve already done NYC, are:

Boston: Expensive as anything (even more NYC at times) but a lot of stuff to do.

Washington, DC: Practically all of the museums are free - it%26#39;s the %26#39;people%26#39;s city';. Great clubs, decent dining and a subway system that is very easy to use. The new ballpark is a must. Another must is to do a nighttime tour of some of the monuments. While beautiful in the day, there is nothing like seeing the Korean Memorial at night with the spotlights shining up through rice paddies onto the soldier faces.

Miami: If you love nightlife, South Miami is the place to be. People watching is great too.

Chicago: It%26#39;s a great town with a lot of stuff happening. But I%26#39;m not sure if the nightlife will be as busy as you might like.

Austin - it%26#39;s a great town if you are into folk music. If you go, a side trip down into Mexico would be a cool inclusion.

Los Angeles: Great town and can be combined with yet another trip to Vegas. Side trips down to San Diego and Tijuana would be nice as well.

New Orleans NEEDS you to visit them...you%26#39;ll always find an Aussie enjoying some brews and blues at clubs not just in the French Quarter, but in The Warehouse District and throughout the city...what incredible food!
