vegas airport to downtown
not sure exactly what your questions are...but if you%26#39;re flying, from the airport your best bet is a taxi to get downtown, unless you plan to rent a car. Once you are here and settled in, the bus system is easily managed and inexpensive.
If you are asking how to book a hotel, do not wait until your arrival to try and book. You will be settling for whatever you can find, especially if it is a busy holiday weekend, or a big entertainment event weekend.
vegas airport to downtown
You can take the city bus from the airport to downtown as well as from downtown to the Walmart on Lamb. From the airport get on either bus 108 or 109 north. Both will take you downtown. From downtown to the Walmart get on bus route 207 east. This route runs down Stewart. Get off at Lamb and either transfer to route 213 south or walk the 2/3 of a mile or so down Lamb from Stewart to the Walmart. A bus pass good for 24 hours of unlimited rides will cost you 2.50. Enjoy!
The 108 bus from the Airport is usually the better choice unless your hotel is El Cortez. The 109 runs closer to El Cortez , but for all the others I can think of 108 is the one to take. We use it all the time - at $1.25 per ride, but if you are going to want to ride another bus that day , ask your driver about the 24 hr pass before you pay- it%26#39;s likely a better deal to purchase that. You find the buses downstairs from baggage claim ( at Zero level). You%26#39;ll see many limos parked there- as you follow the limo parking numbers I think the two bus lanes are near #23, with a covered bus bench to sit on if you have to wait( you won%26#39;t wait long they are always on time).
We take the 108 bus to Bridger St. behind the Golden Nugget , but it also stops further down that street behind the Four Queens. What hotel will you need to get to?
Coming back, you catch 108 going south to the Airport in front of the train parked next to the Main St. Station Hotel. There are a very few hours in early morning ( before 4:30 am or so ) when the 108 does not run. Other than that you%26#39;ll be fine!
